Letterfest is a personalised gifting brand. We make illustrated wall art, books, and keepsakes that people give to the people they love, and that end up framed on walls and shelves in homes across the UK, US, and Australia. We have grown from a small studio into an eight-figure business, and creative sits right at the centre of that growth.
We are looking for a designer who can turn a brief into work that is genuinely beautiful and that moves the numbers. This is a hands-on role on a small, fast team. Your work ships in days, not months, and you see exactly how it performs.
The role
- You will create across our website, email, and paid media.
- Producing a high volume of on-brand, conversion-focused creative, with AI generation as a core part of how you work rather than an afterthought.
- Bringing the eye, the brand judgement, and the commercial instinct.
What you'll work on
- Website graphics, banners, and landing page assets
- Email marketing visuals and templates
- Paid social and display creative, built to be tested and to convert
- AI-generated imagery, directed and curated to sit perfectly within our brand world
- Seasonal creative for our biggest trading moments (Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas), where pace and volume step up
- Ad hoc design projects across the business
What we're looking for
- A mid-level designer with a strong portfolio of digital work, ideally in e-commerce or consumer brands, that shows both craft and commercial results
- Real fluency with AI image tools. You can prompt, edit, and adapt AI output, you know when it is the right tool and when it is not, and you are excited rather than threatened by how fast this is moving
- A great eye for design that is on-brand and commercially effective. You care that it converts, not just that it looks good
- Someone who can take a brief and run with it. You manage your own time, own your output end to end, and ship without needing to be managed closely
- Comfort with pace, volume, and direct feedback. We are a small team that backs people who execute
Bonus points
- Experience with gifting, lifestyle, or emotionally-led brands
- Motion or animation skills
- A genuine interest in the AI tools and systems reshaping creative work. We build a lot of our own
