Conveyancer – West Yorkshire (Multiple Office Locations) – Up to £45K + Bonus

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing your own caseload of approx. 60–100 conveyancing files, depending on experience
  • Providing high-quality legal advice and excellent service from instruction through to completion
  • Keeping clients informed and supported throughout the process
  • Supervising and supporting your own legal assistant or secretary
  • Maintaining strong relationships internally and externally
  • Actively contributing to the firm’s success and upholding its strong professional image

What we’re looking for:

  • A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX, or someone with extensive residential property law/conveyancing experience
  • Experience handling a diverse range of conveyancing files, including sales/purchase, freehold, leasehold, etc.
  • A strong grasp of all stages within a conveyancing casefile, from onboarding, through sale/purchase, to post completion
  • Excellent communication, case management and organisational skills
