Conveyancing Executive – Manchester, Preston or Southport – Up to £40K + Bonus

Are you a skilled conveyancer looking for a role where your expertise is valued, and your career can thrive? I’m currently hiring for experienced Conveyancing Executives/Fee Earners to join a well-established team handling a diverse caseload of residential property conveyancing transactions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing your own caseload of freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, and limited company transactions
  • Progressing files from instruction through to post-completion with the support of a legal assistant
  • Ensuring all work complies with CQS, UKFML, and BSA Handbook requirements
  • Maintaining excellent client communication and providing updates throughout the process
  • Collaborating with lenders, estate agents, and other parties to move transactions forward
  • Providing mentorship and oversight to a dedicated assistant

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • Ideally 3-5 years experience handling your own caseload from instruction to completion
  • Strong knowledge of diverse case structures, including freehold, leasehold, new builds, etc.
  • Confident with complex title checking and working independently
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Comfortable managing and developing a support colleague
  • Excellent client management and communication skills, with a client-focused approach to service delivery
