Are you a skilled conveyancer looking for a role where your expertise is valued, and your career can thrive? I’m currently hiring for experienced Conveyancing Executives / Fee Earners to join a well-established team handling a diverse caseload of residential property conveyancing transactions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing your own caseload of freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, and limited company transactions
- Progressing files from instruction through to post-completion with the support of a legal assistant
- Ensuring all work complies with CQS, UKFML, and BSA Handbook requirements
- Maintaining excellent client communication and providing updates throughout the process
- Collaborating with lenders, estate agents, and other parties to move transactions forward
- Providing mentorship and oversight to a dedicated assistant
What we’re looking for:
- Ideally 3-5 years experience handling your own caseload from instruction to completion
- Strong knowledge of diverse case structures, including freehold, leasehold, new builds, etc.
- Confident with complex title checking and working independently
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Comfortable managing and developing a support colleague
- Excellent client management and communication skills, with a client-focused approach to service delivery
