Since then it has grown into an incorporated charity commissioned by Oxfordshire County Council and regulated by Ofsted and the Charities commission, supporting over 150 families in North Oxfordshire. Our Mission Transforming lives through the power of play and friendships Our Values Authentic (Credible, Trustworthy and Open), Positive Role Model (Striving to do the best for our young people and families), Team Player (Works collaboratively and builds trust) Conscientious (Do the very best you can), Continuous Improvement (Always finding a better way) We are looking for an experienced HR / People professional who can take over the HR responsibilities. We aim to provide a safe, fun and inclusive environment for our staff and young people, where everyone is valued, and achievements are celebrated. The HR policies and procedures are in place and working well, as is the People Strategy Committee that meets quarterly. We are supported by Avensure who advise on HR issues and support policy development or disciplinary issues when needed. If you feel able to share your HR expertise and help Let’s Play to continue to grow and develop, we’d love to hear from you We understand that everyone leads busy lives and some trustees can commit more time than others.
