What started as a single court and a handful of enthusiastic players has grown into a welcoming network of clubs where beginners, families, and seasoned players feel right at home. We believe padel should be fun, social, and accessible to everyone, which is why we host coaching clinics, family events and friendly competitions. We have an exciting opportunity for part time staff for the opening of our new Padel site in Ballygawley, 196 Tullvar Road, BT70 2LS.

  • Role: Part Time, Padel Assistant / Reception
  • Contract: Permanent, varied hours, including day, evening and weekend shifts
  • Location: Lets Go Padel, Ballygawley, 196 Tullvar Road, BT70 2LS
  • Salary: £8 - £13 per/hour

Job Overview:

  • Providing exceptional customer service experience to all members, non-members and guests of the facility.
  • Greeting members and users as they come through the reception area.
  • Helping organise and providing information on coaching lessons, courts and event availability.
  • You will be required to work on a shift/rota basis, including day, evenings and weekends.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of leisure facilities, including cleaning and setting safety standards.
  • Handle basic administrative duties, including data entry and filing.
  • Manage cash transactions and accurately maintain financial records.
  • May be requested by the management team to help with creating engaging social media content to generate further awareness of what Padel has to offer!
  • Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure they are in excellent working condition.
  • Reporting any breakages or damages to management as soon as possible, as additional fees to players, users or members may be required.
  • Assisting in stock takes of court/padel equipment.
  • Basic computer skills for reservation and administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
