You will be responsible for driving business growth, overseeing your team, and providing strategic leadership to achieve sales objectives. No cold calling or pressure selling; our system takes care of the sale.
Your day-to-day tasks will involve:
- Guiding and mentoring individuals to reach their full potential
- Providing support and advice in their growth
- Setting clear goals and developing action plans
- Navigating challenges
- Being present on social media and other internet platforms for marketing/advertising
- Interviewing prospects and guiding them through the discovery process
Successful Candidates:
- Ability to self-motivate and driven to achieve goals
- Coachable and trainable
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to inspire, empower, and motivate others
- Believe in the value of continual growth and personal development
- Previous experience in the coaching or personal development industry is a plus
- Ready for the next step in their career

- Fluency in English is essential
