We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children. As the Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing environment that promotes the development and well-being of all children in our care. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to fostering positive relationships with staff, parents, and the community.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programmes that cater to the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
  • Supervise and support nursery staff, providing guidance and training as needed to enhance their professional development.
  • Foster a positive atmosphere by effectively communicating with parents and guardians regarding their children's progress and any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance, and other essential documentation.

Qualifications

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is essential as a minimum.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and understanding their developmental needs.
