Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of your section, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standard
- Have excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Be a strong team player, with the ability to communicate with, and motivate others
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment whilst maintaining focus on quality and consistency
- Have experience in a similar role, ideally within a high‑quality, fresh food, fast‑paced kitchen
Essential Experience:
- You will have worked as a Breakfast Chef for at least 1 year, and will fully understand the day‑to‑day routines (and challenges) of working in a professional kitchen
- At least 1‑2 years working in a professional kitchen environment
Desirable (Not essential):
- You hold a valid L2 (or above) Food Hygiene certificate
- Have worked in a fast paced kitchen working with a varied menu with fresh ingredients
