Our waiters are responsible for creating a warm and memorable experience for every guest, maintaining excellent standards throughout the restaurant and supporting the wider team during busy services.
L’ETO is a fast‑paced, walk‑in business, so we need people who can stay organised, positive and attentive even when the restaurant is extremely busy.
We strongly believe in developing people from within.
Many of our supervisors and managers started as team members before progressing through training and taking on greater responsibility.
For someone with the right attitude, consistency and ambition, this role can become the beginning of a long‑term career with L’ETO.
About L’ETO
L’ETO began as a bright café in Soho and has grown into an international all‑day dining brand with approximately 40 locations across seven countries, including the UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar and Jordan.
We are known for our distinctive cakes, high‑quality food and drinks, beautiful presentation and welcoming guest experience.
Our teams are multinational and diverse, and we want everyone to feel respected, supported and able to develop.
We value open communication, continuous learning, teamwork and genuine opportunities for career progression.

- Taking orders accurately and delivering full table service.
- Checking on guests throughout their visit and responding quickly to requests.

- Preparing the restaurant before service and completing closing duties.
- Cleaning and resetting tables promptly.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the dining areas, service stations and guest toilets.
- Following all food safety, allergen, hygiene and company procedures.
- Supporting colleagues wherever needed to keep the restaurant operating smoothly.
At L’ETO, job titles do not prevent anyone from helping.
We are a hands‑on team, and everyone is expected to contribute to the cleanliness, organisation and successful operation of the restaurant.
