Full-Time Barista – L’ETO
Position: Full-Time Barista
Hours: 35-48
Availability: Full flexibility required, including weekends and bank holidays
Location: Central London
The Role
We are looking for a strong, reliable and experiencedfull-time Baristato join our busy L’ETO team.
You must be confident working in a high-volume environment, maintaining quality and speed during busy service, and be willing to continuously develop your coffee knowledge and technical skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare consistently high-quality coffee and drinks
- Understand espresso extraction, including dose, yield, extraction time and grind adjustment
- Calibrate grinders and monitor coffee quality throughout the day
- Weigh coffee dose and espresso yield accurately
- Manual tamping and correct coffee distribution
- Steam milk to the correct temperature and texture
- Maintain consistent presentation and latte art standards
- Keep the bar fully prepared and stocked for service
- Work efficiently during busy periods and manage multiple orders
- Maintain excellent cleanliness and equipment care
- Follow opening and closing procedures
- Identify and report equipment or quality issues promptlySupport other team members during service
