In the heart of Covent Garden, you'll find our homely L'ETO in Long Acre. Are you a hands-on people leader waiting for your opportunity to grow into a Restaurant Manager where you’ll get to take full performance ownership of your branch and team? Our Assistant Managers are tasked with running efficient operations, commercial performance and above all, strong team leadership. You’ll complete varied activities ranging from cleaning toilets to supporting with creating a sales growth plan for your café. We are a “walk-in” only business; we don’t need bookings to fill our restaurants! We expect our managers of all levels to roll up their sleeves and lead from the front. You’ll be getting fully involved in the day-to-day operations of your branch from hosting guests coming through the door to taking orders. Essential Experience:

  • You’ll have worked in a leadership role in a customer facing environment
  • At least 2 years working in customer facing roles
  • You’ve worked in hospitality for 2 years or more
  • You have experience managing from the front

It would be even better (but not essential) if:

  • You have at least 2 years experience at Assistant Manager level in a table service restaurant or café
  • Can you handle the pressure of a fast turnaround, table service brunch, lunch and dining establishment?
