Your Role

Key Responsibilities

  • As a Breakfast Chef at L'ETO, you will take charge of your section in the kitchen, ensuring every dish is prepared and presented to the highest standard.
  • You’ll be working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and will support the Sous Chef in the execution of fresh, creative menus.
  • This role requires a strong team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is eager to learn and grow within L'ETO.
  • Take ownership of your section, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standard.
  • Have excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Be a strong team player, with the ability to communicate with, and motivate others.
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment whilst maintaining focus on quality and consistency.
  • Have experience in a similar role, ideally within a high‑quality, fresh food, fast‑paced kitchen.

Essential Experience

  • At least 1 year as a Breakfast Chef, with a full understanding of day‑to‑day routines in a professional kitchen.
  • At least 1‑2 years working in a professional kitchen environment.

Preferred (but not essential)

  • Valid L2 (or above) Food Hygiene certificate.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced kitchen working with a varied menu with fresh ingredients.
