Are you passionate about speciality coffee and eager to grow your skills in a forward-thinking, fast-paced environment? As a Barista, you will support the bar team in delivering consistent service and creating aesthetically pleasing, high-quality beverages that elevate the guest experience. You’ll be involved in the day-to-day operations of the bar, from preparing drinks to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards. We are a walk-in business, so teamwork, adaptability, and a hands-on attitude are essential. From making speciality coffees to supporting basic bar service, you’ll be encouraged to roll up your sleeves and learn across multiple areas of the operation.

Essential Experience:

• Experience working in a speciality coffee shop environment
• At least 1 year experience as a Barista
• Confident in hand-crafting artisan, aesthetic beverages
• Strong understanding of and commitment to Health & Safety and food hygiene procedures
• Previous experience working in hospitality

It would be even better (but not essential) if:

• You have basic bartending skills
• You have experience working across both coffee and bar operations
• You enjoy learning new techniques and developing your skillset
