This role is designed as a genuine career pathway within L’ETO, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to grow with the business and establish themselves long‑term as a General Manager within the group. We are looking for a Designate General Manager to join L’ETO initially to cover a maternity leave, with a clear and planned progression to General Manager of one of our larger sites in the second half of 2026. This is an opportunity for an ambitious, commercially minded hospitality leader who is looking to embed themselves in a growing brand, build credibility at site level, and progress into a senior GM role with real scale and visibility.
During the maternity cover period, you will take ownership of an established site, working closely with senior leadership to uphold standards, performance and culture - you will then move into a supported transition and development phase, preparing to take on full responsibility for a large, high‑volume L’ETO site.
