Now let’s talk about your role… Are you a hands-on people leader waiting for your opportunity to grow your career in a forward thinking, fast paced business? Our Supervisors are tasked with running efficient operations, commercial performance and above all, strong team leadership.
You’ll be getting fully involved in the day-to-day operations of your branch from hosting guests coming through the door, to taking orders. A full Job Description will be made available to you during the hiring process.
Essential Experience:
- You’ll have worked in a team leadership role in a customer facing environment.
- At least 2 years working in customer facing roles.
- You’ve worked in hospitality for 2 years or more.
- You have experience leading from the front.
It would be even better (but not essential) if:
- You have at least 2 years experience at Supervisor level in a table service restaurant or cafe.
- Can you handle the pressure of a fast turnaround, table service brunch, lunch and dining establishment?
