Our client, a highly successful and independent consultancy, has a career opportunity for a Building Surveyor. This is a management position with emphasis on delivering high value reinstatement projects. You will be a key member of a growing and profitable division.

Company Overview: An independent, British, employee owned consultancy employing around 100 staff internationally. They have traded for over forty years, evolving into a highly respected and profitable business. The majority of their staff are chartered professionals who provide expert advice on building construction, civil engineering, surveying, environmental and mechanical and electrical issues. They have a reputation as a generous employer and have a very low level of staff turnover. The business is steadily expanding in the UK and overseas, and they have been structured to ensure they remain independent.

The Role: You will take the lead on high value reinstatement projects, attending site soon after a fire, flood, building failure or impact event to assess the damage and determine what is required to make the building safe and recoverable.
