Electrical Project Manager

Our client is a growing and ambitious electrical contractor delivering high-quality commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. They are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to take ownership of projects from handover through to completion, ensuring delivery is safe, profitable, on programme and to the highest standards. The Role As Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, including labour, subcontractors, procurement, programme management, client relationships and commercial performance. Key Responsibilities • Manage electrical fit-out and refurbishment projects from handover to final account. • Coordinate labour, subcontractors, suppliers and materials. • Monitor project progress, budgets and programmes. • Manage variations and change control processes. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and consultants. • Review drawings, specifications and technical information. • Identify and resolve project risks, technical issues and design clashes. • Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. • Support testing, commissioning, certification and project handover. • Produce regular project reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
