This is an opportunity to take charge of roads and drainage infrastructure projects from feasibility stages through to completion. The role is crucial to the successful delivery of their projects, it provides a path to senior management. Your Role: Reporting to the technical director, you will provide design, technical advice and management support culminating in the successful delivery of roads and drainage infrastructure. You will help to direct, support and mentor junior engineers and check the quality of their work. Your involvement will span the whole design and development process, including; providing advice at land purchasing stages, the management of detail design, design input, overseeing the adoption process, monitoring of projects on site and technical advice during construction.
