Your Role: You will initially work alongside a senior structures director who will introduce you to their clients, and the systems and processes in place for design and delivery. You will work together during client advisory, fee negotiation and project planning stages. You will take charge of detail design production, the supervision of junior engineers and quality control. Mentorship and assistance will be provided, especially if this is a step up to a more senior position.

Project Workload: The success of their structural division can largely be attributed to their technical depth and versatility. They work in a broad range of sectors, especially within; arts & leisure, sports & stadia, conservation & heritage, renewable energy, residential, industrial and commercial.
Your Profile: A chartered or incorporated civil or structural engineer (strong candidates on the cusp of chartership will be considered). At least six years building structures design experience, with expertise in steel and reinforced concrete projects. Currently working at senior engineer / project engineer level, or above. You will be proficient in detail design and have already gained some experience of front-end design, the supervision of junior engineers, liaising with clients, resource planning and quality control. This is a position for an engineer who will become part of the firms’ senior management team, it requires people skills and commercial awareness.
