Project Co-Ordinator – LetCheck Inventories Aim: LetCheck Inventories are looking for the right team member to be the first person who their customers interact with. This client facing role will involve a range of tasks and will expose you to an exciting and growing business who are looking to develop both its business and its people. The Company: Based in Pool Innovation Centre, LetCheck Inventories are an award winning inventory company that produce detailed reports on properties for the most highly respected letting agents and landlords in 15 locations across the UK. The reports protect landlords, tenants and clients’ reputations. Established in 1998, LetCheck have been leading innovators in their industry and aim to shape the direction of the industry in the next 3 to 5 years. It is an exciting time to join this forward thinking team and be a key part of the company’s growth. Nature of work undertaken: The successful candidate will have experience of dealing with clients in a customer facing position and will work as part of a small and ambitious team. As the first person clients interact with, you will be responsible for taking bookings, handling queries, dealing with last minute changes and coordinating the daily schedules of the team. This role will enable the successful candidate to be the voice of the company and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients. Effective multi-tasking will be a definite advantage, with the ability to work well under pressure whilst still maintaining a friendly and helpful approach. This role will suit a self-starter who likes to take ownership of their area of responsibility, who is always looking to improve ways of working and actively problem solving. Being able to work in a small team environment with a strong work ethic is essential; however, asking for help when you need it is important, as is giving feedback on all aspects of LetCheck’s service. This industry is seasonal; the team are \’all hands on deck\’ in the summer (June-September) and less busy in winter so flexibility is expected from all sides to offer the first class service the company has a reputation for. Objectives / Activities: The successful candidate will have the opportunity to get involved in many aspects of the business as they develop in their role, however these are the types of daily activities that you can expect to get involved in: * Handling client queries by phone and email * Scheduling bookings by selecting the optimal appointment time and allocating the most appropriate clerk * Creating monthly schedules for the clerk team and liaising to ensure there is sufficient cover * Providing feedback on clerk performance to the area manage * Regularly communicating if any issues arise There may be an opportunity to receive external coaching and career development mentoring for the right candidate.
