Field Administrator We are looking for a Field Administrator to join our growing team of Property Inspectors in London.
Day Rate - £110 No previous experience is needed as full training is provided.
We are a professional, independent residential property reporting company with an enviable reputation for providing a first-rate service, built around working in trusted partnerships with our clients.
With over two decades in the industry, we work with some of the country’s most respected corporate landlords and letting agents, our experience is second to none.
About the Field Administrator role: We are looking for London based individuals looking for flexibility as this role allows you to choose your own work days / hours.
You must also be willing to travel around London as this is not an office-based role.
You will be expected to attend residential properties to carry out detailed property inspections at the beginning and end of tenancies, as well as midterm inspections.
This includes, meeting with clients and tenants to collect and hand over keys.
Dictating the current condition and cleanliness of the property at the beginning and end of the tenancy and taking photographs.
