Field Administrator We are looking for a Field Administrator to join our growing team of Property Inspectors in Chelmsford and Braintree. Please note a car is essential for this role due to the location of the developments. No previous experience is needed as full training is provided. About the Field Administrator role: We are looking for Essex based individuals looking for flexibility as this role allows you to choose your own work days / hours. You will be expected to attend residential properties to carry out detailed property inspections at the beginning and end of tenancies, as well as midterm inspections. This includes, meeting with clients and tenants to collect and hand over keys. Dictating the current condition and cleanliness of the property at the beginning and end of the tenancy and taking photographs. What we\’re offering: * This is a self employed position with the flexibility to choose your own work days / hours. * Full training is provided which consists of online and practical training with an experienced property inspector. * £35.00 per job once fully trained
