We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our friendly and professional team to provide physical, social and emotional support to service users with lifelong disabilities in the Poole & Bournemouth areas. We offer industry-leading rates of pay - starting at £14.24 per hour, full training & ongoing support as well as both full-time and part-time flexible hours available.
As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to individuals in need. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others and contribute to their overall well-being & independence. Our team of Support Workers provide support to service users who have learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and more complex needs with their daily routines to live the best lives possible.

Because we are enabling clients to live as independently as possible, you will need to have an empathetic nature and be calm and patient. You’ll be able to come to work every day and use the very best of your personality and skills, as you support people to do the things they love the most. Prior experience of working in care is required for this role.
