Ofsted Registered Manager (Children’s Home – EBD, Start-Up)

📍 Location: Bradford area (BD postcode or nearby preferred – car required)

💰 Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 + Bonus (~800/month performance-linked OR ~£5,000/year)

📃 Contract: Office-Based, Full-Time, Permanent

🏠 The Employer: A values-led children’s residential care provider preparing to open their first 2-bed EBD/SEMH home in West Yorkshire. The service is fully furnished and ready. The provider is deeply committed to small homes, structured environments, and holistic child-centred care — with scope to grow.
