Our client, an Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' nursery school in West Moors, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join their professional and friendly team. The Nursery is a small privately owned setting whose mission is to provide the best possible standard in childcare and education within a loving, stimulating, and homely environment.

Your role:

  • Maintain a high quality and stimulating environment for the children.
  • Communicate effectively with the children, parents, and staff.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality childcare and educational programmes.
  • Foster positive relationships with parents and provide regular updates on their child's development.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-6pm (full time and part time opportunities available)

About you:

  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for working within early childhood education, as well as strong leadership skills.
  • Early Years qualification - minimum Level 3.
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
  • Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities.
  • Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
