Our client, an Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' nursery school in West Moors, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join their professional and friendly team. The Nursery is a small privately owned setting whose mission is to provide the best possible standard in childcare and education within a loving, stimulating and homely environment.
Your role:
- Maintain a high quality and stimulating environment for the children.
- Communicate effectively with the children, parents and staff.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality childcare and educational programmes.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and provide regular updates on their child's development.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-6pm (full time and part time opportunities available). Excellent rates of pay and fantastic staff benefits and incentives.
About you:
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working within early childhood education, as well as strong leadership skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Early Years qualification - minimum Level 3.
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
