We are looking for a business-minded / entrepreneurial based sales leader who knows how to lead and inspire a team for our Glasgow office.
You must have experience in leading a sales team of 8+ sales consultants to a multi 6/7 figure revenue each month with consistent delivery.
Expected Salary: £30,000 + £80,000 plus on OTE (Base Salary + Monthly Paid Commission depending on experience)

We have a huge amount of opportunity ahead of us and have recently invested into a brand new revolutionary tech based software/app which will be the leading vehicle for buying and investing in property in the UK (The rightmove for investors). We are looking for a highly driven & experienced sales manager who can make a significant impact and lead our sales team to success.
Experience required
Have at least two years of sales management experience; we are looking for a highly competent sales manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers.
- Monitor sales activities and provide guidance and support to the sales team.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar role strong ability to sell products or services effectively. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Leadership skills to motivate and inspire the sales team
- Proficient phone etiquette for effective communication with clients and customers
- organisational skills to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in supervising, training, and developing a team of sales professionals
