Let Property is the UK’s Leading Investment Property Marketplace with over 1,000 tenanted properties currently listed on their platform. Our service has helped save thousands of tenancies in the UK since 2022 by providing a disruptive and innovative solution to selling properties with tenants in them. With Let Property, landlords can build for their futures by purchasing properties with existing tenancies that already have the necessary certification in place and have been kept up to date with the everchanging UK legislation.
Our mission is simple: to make buying and selling property as easy and transparent as trading shares on the FTSE 100. To get us there, we’re looking for an ambitious and driven RICS Chartered Surveyor to take ownership of delivering Level 2 Surveys for our clients across England and Wales — and to play a key role in building something much bigger.
To give our investors transparency in their investments before committing to the purchase, all of our sellers are required to have a RICS Level 2 Survey carried out on their property before marketing. This gives buyers full transparency before they commit, builds trust from day one, and dramatically improves the speed and certainty of transactions.
If you’re MRICS qualified, have 4–5 years’ surveying experience, and are ready to step into a leadership role where you can build and grow your own team, this is a genuine opportunity to shape a business from the ground up — not just join one. If you’re ambitious, commercially minded, and excited by growth, we want to work with you.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Ensure compliance with RICS Home Survey Standard
- Fulfillment of all surveys
- Leading a team of surveyors across the country
- Building our surveyor division up to national coverage
Requirements of the Role:
- MRICS current membership of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
- 4-5 years of experience in residential valuations
- Currently working for a RICS-regulated company or RICS-regulated sole practice with Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII)
- Full UK driving license
