At Let Property, the UK’s fastest-growing investment property sales agency, we’re transforming the way investors buy and sell tenanted properties. We’re not a high-street estate agent. We’re a tech-enabled, marketing-led platform built to make investment property as seamless as trading stocks and in the past two years alone, we've already transacted over £1bn of UK property. Marketing is at the core of our success. Since day one, we've built our growth on bold creative, relentless testing, and data-driven decision-making.

Now we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager, specialising in Paid & Organic Growth, to take the reins of our campaigns and help fuel our next stage of expansion. This role is not about simply running ads; it’s about owning the entire growth engine. You'll be trusted with large-scale paid campaigns, producing creative content that cuts through the noise, and building an organic presence that attracts and engages our investor audience. Every piece of content, every test, and every optimisation will feed into one mission: generating high-quality leads and turning attention into action.

You’ll work directly with our CEO, a multi-seven figure marketer who previously built and sold a digital agency, and learn how to scale campaigns from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands in monthly ad spend. You’ll combine creativity and analysis daily—one moment writing copy that converts, the next digging into ad performance to uncover insights that sharpen strategy. You’ll be supported by a team of editors, designers, and creatives, but you’ll be the one driving the vision, execution, and results.

Since launching in 2022, Let Property has built a database of 15,000+ active investors and a team of 100+ consultants. Our model focuses on landlord-to-landlord transactions, creating cash-flow-positive outcomes for both buyers and sellers, and carving out a unique space in the market. With ambitious plans to scale into a £100m revenue company within the next 35 years, the work you do here will directly shape how we get there.

This is not a role for someone looking for routine. It’s fast-paced, high-pressure, and demanding—but it’s also career-defining. If you thrive on ownership, if you're excited by the challenge of scaling Paid & Organic Growth at speed, and if you want to see the impact of your work in real numbers, real clients, and real revenue, then this is the opportunity that will put your career on a completely different trajectory.

The rewards will match the expectations. You’ll receive a competitive base salary plus commission linked to the success of your campaigns, mentorship from some of the sharpest minds in marketing and property, and the chance to grow into new areas of the business as Let Property continues to expand. If you're ambitious, creative, data-driven, and ready to build something extraordinary, then apply today. This role isn't just another step on the ladder; it’s the leap that could change everything.
