We’re looking for a Sales Floor Manager to lead a 100+ person sales team selling investment properties to our network of investors across the UK. This is your chance to be a key player in a fast-growing business, where sales drive everything.
In this role, you won’t just manage a sales floor, you’ll build it from the ground up, selecting top talent with the support of our in-house recruiter to create a high-performing sales army. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop your own mastermind of sales team leaders, ensuring a strong foundation for long-term success.

Your role is to ensure your team leaders consistently drive sales from their teams, seamlessly connecting buyers to tenanted properties and driving outstanding results.
