Job Summary:
Let Property is the UK’s leading Property Investment Brokerage and we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Completions Agent to join our team. This role involves overseeing the final stages of property transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient completion process for both buyers and sellers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of property law, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the completion process for property transactions, ensuring that all legal and contractual obligations are met before the transfer of ownership.
- Liaise with solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progression of the transaction.
- Ensure all necessary documentation (e.g., contracts, title deeds, transfer forms) is completed and correctly filed.
