LESTRANGE is a modern menswear brand creating a more considered everyday wardrobe. Built around the idea of modular dressing, we design versatile, refined pieces that make getting dressed feel effortless across the many parts of modern life. This summer, we’re opening a new store in Soho. More than a retail space, it will be a physical expression of the brand - a place where customers can discover the collection, explore the thinking behind it, and experience a more thoughtful approach to dressing. As we open this new chapter, we’re looking for a Store Supervisor who wants to play a meaningful role in shaping the customer experience from day one.
We are looking for a Store Supervisor with a genuine love of menswear and a natural ability to make customers feel welcome, understood and confident in what they wear. This role sits at the heart of the store experience. It combines warm hosting, strong product knowledge and thoughtful styling with hands-on support across the day-to-day running of the store. From fit and fabric to full wardrobe solutions, you will help customers discover pieces that genuinely work for their lifestyle.
Working closely with the Store Manager, you will help maintain exceptional store standards, support the wider team, contribute to store performance and ensure the space always feels polished, calm and ready for customers. The ideal candidate will bring energy, taste, curiosity and care, with previous experience in a retail supervisor, keyholder, senior sales or similar customer-facing role, ideally within menswear, fashion, premium retail or a customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Create an Elevated Customer Experience
- Welcome customers with warmth, confidence and genuine attention.
- Bring the LESTRANGE story to life through thoughtful conversations around product, fit, fabric, versatility and modular dressing.
- Offer considered styling advice, helping customers build looks and wardrobes that feel personal, refined and easy to wear.
- Build strong customer relationships through service that feels human, helpful and considered.
- Stay connected to the collection and wider menswear landscape, bringing knowledge and enthusiasm into every interaction.
- Set the tone on the shop floor through energy, presentation, service and attention to detail.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to support the day-to-day rhythm of the store.
- Lead shifts and take ownership of the store in the Manager’s absence when required.
- Guide and motivate the team during shifts, helping everyone stay focused, confident and commercially aware.
- Take ownership of opening and closing procedures when required.
- Support new team members with product knowledge, customer service standards and store expectations.
- Support stock management, deliveries, replenishment, transfers and stockroom organisation.
- Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards throughout the day.
- Ensure the store always feels clean, considered, premium and easy to shop.
- Assist with till operations, customer orders, exchanges, returns and daily reporting.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving store targets and delivering a consistently strong customer experience.
- Stay aware of store performance, sales targets and trading priorities while always putting the customer experience first.
- You have a genuine passion for menswear, from fit and fabric to styling, silhouettes and the way men dress today.
- You are a natural host who enjoys meeting customers, starting conversations and creating a service experience that feels personal and elevated.
- You bring strong product curiosity, commercial awareness and an eye for detail.
- You are confident taking ownership, leading by example and supporting colleagues on the shop floor.
- You have previous experience in a retail supervisor, keyholder, senior sales or similar customer-facing role.
- Experience in menswear, premium fashion, lifestyle or luxury retail would be a strong advantage.
