Lester Aldridge has an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor/Legal Executive with 2+ years of PQE experience dealing with real estate development transactions to join our busy Real Estate Development team based in Southampton.

Our Southampton Real Estate Team

Our Real Estate Team in Southampton is a busy team, dealing with a variety of development matters, including acquisitions by way of conditional contracts, option agreements and promotion agreements. Our clients include residential developers, commercial developers and healthcare clients and we offer practical, commercial and innovative solutions and strategic advice to regional and nationwide clients.

Your role in the team:

You will advise clients on a wide range of real estate and development matters and offer practical, commercial and innovative solutions and strategic advice.

You will play a key role in managing and developing client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and promoting the firm’s core values. You will also contribute to the growth of the team by getting involved in regular business development activities to develop new client and business relationships.

What we are looking for:

You will have at least 2 years post qualification real estate experience, although we can support the right candidate with less PQE if you have sound technical and property transaction knowledge.

You will have strong communication and organisation skills and will be someone who enjoys working collaboratively within a team as well as having the confidence to work independently. You will also have had some experiencing supervising or supporting others.
