Lester Aldridge has an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated Property Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (2–6 years PQE) to join our expert team in Bournemouth. Your Responsibilities

  • Case Management: Handle your own caseload of contentious property matters, while also assisting senior lawyers with more complex and strategic disputes.
  • Legal Advisory: Advise clients on a full range of real property and landlord and tenant issues, including restrictive covenants, easements, trespass, lease renewals, breaches of covenant, rent and service charge recovery, and property-related insolvency.
  • Client Relationships: Work closely with clients across sectors, offering commercially sound, pragmatic legal solutions.
  • Document Preparation: Draft and review pleadings, correspondence, witness statements and instructions to counsel.
  • Dispute Resolution: Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution processes.
  • Business Development: Assist with marketing initiatives and help grow the team’s profile, both internally and externally.
