Lester Aldridge wishes to recruit a Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive/Associate with 4-5 years PQE for their busy Private Client team (Tax, Trusts and Wills) in the Bournemouth office. You will play a key role in advising clients on the law surrounding Private Client issues. We offer a positive working environment with an excellent client base. This role will allow you to develop your career with a prestigious firm on the South Coast.
You will be highly motivated, proactive and outcome-orientated with a can-do attitude. You need to be able to work under pressure, on your own initiative, with minimum supervision and run your own case load. You should have excellent time management skills, marketing and business development skills at all levels. You will have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.
You should be able to manage a case load and advise clients, draft client documentation, respond to enquiries from new clients, and cross-reference to other relevant fee earners. You will also need to research new issues to find appropriate and creative solutions for clients.
