We’re looking for a motivated and client-focused Senior Associate Solicitor to join our renowned Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a high-profile, experienced team on a broad range of residential property matters, advising clients on transactions including buying, selling, leasing, and secured lending, while developing your expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.
About the Role
You’ll manage your own caseload and provide clear, practical advice to a varied client base including individuals, lenders, developers, landlords, and relocation companies. You’ll handle transactions from start to finish, ensuring high standards of client care, technical accuracy, and regulatory compliance throughout. You’ll also contribute to the development of the team by sharing knowledge, improving processes, and, importantly, leading business development activity.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Leading in Business Development and Marketing activities
- Managing a caseload of residential property matters, including purchases, sales, remortgages, leasing, and secured lending.
- Advising clients in meetings and through written correspondence.
- Researching legal issues and developing practical, client-focused solutions.
- Meeting individual and team performance targets.
- Ensuring compliance with firm-wide, SRA, QCS and Lexcel requirements, including AML, billing, and time recording.
- Keeping up to date with changes in property law and best practice.
- Supporting collaborative working and building strong internal relationships.
