We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our busy Residential Property team in Bournemouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your legal career with a well-respected firm, working alongside experienced partners and fee earners on a diverse range of property matters.

About the Role

As a Paralegal, you’ll play a key role in supporting the team by:

  • Managing a caseload from file opening to completion.
  • Providing high-quality support to fee-earners, including drafting documents and conducting research.
  • Handling daily case management tasks such as file reviews, actioning deadlines, and liaising with clients, estate agents, and solicitors.
  • Assisting with completions and post-completion procedures, including fund transmissions and redemptions.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records on the case management system.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous legal experience (desirable but not essential).
  • An LPC, Law degree, MILEX qualification, or equivalent (desirable).
  • A good working knowledge of conveyancing and related property matters.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Confidence using IT systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and legal software).
  • A proactive and solution-focused mindset, able to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
