We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Residential Property team in London.

About the Role
As a Paralegal, you'll play an important role in supporting the Residential Property team with the day-to-day management of conveyancing matters. Working closely with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors, you'll help ensure transactions progress efficiently while delivering an outstanding client experience.
This is a varied role that offers plenty of responsibility and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full conveyancing process.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supporting fee earners with a wide range of residential property transactions.
- Managing your own caseload under supervision, from file opening through to completion and post-completion.
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and client communications.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to keep matters progressing smoothly.
- Monitoring key dates and deadlines to ensure transactions remain on track.
- Assisting with exchange, completion, post-completion matters, redemptions, and the transfer of funds.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating the firm's case management system.
- Delivering an excellent client experience through clear communication and efficient service.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous legal experience is desirable, although not essential.
- A Law degree, LPC, CILEX/MILEX qualification, or equivalent would be advantageous.
- A good understanding of residential conveyancing or property law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, positive approach and willingness to learn.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
