About the Role
AsaNewlyQualifiedSolicitor,you’llworkcloselywithseniorcolleaguestoadviseclientsonassetanddebtrecoverymattersandassistinconductinglitigation.You’llmanageaninitialcaseloadundersupervision,draftlegaldocumentation,andprovideclear,practicaladvicetoclients.Thisroleoffersexcellenttrainingandmentoring,withscopetoquicklytakeonmoreresponsibilityasyougrowinconfidence.
Responsibilities
- Managingacaseloadoflitigationmatters,withsupportfromseniorsolicitors.
- Advisingclientsinwriting,byemail,andinmeetings.
- Assistingwithdraftingdocumentsandcorrespondence.
- Conductinglegalresearchanddevelopingcreative,client-focusedsolutions.
- Ensuringcompliancewithfirm-wideandregulatoryrequirements(includingAML,billing,andtimerecording).

Qualifications
