About the Role

AsaNewlyQualifiedSolicitor,you’llworkcloselywithseniorcolleaguestoadviseclientsonassetanddebtrecoverymattersandassistinconductinglitigation.You’llmanageaninitialcaseloadundersupervision,draftlegaldocumentation,andprovideclear,practicaladvicetoclients.Thisroleoffersexcellenttrainingandmentoring,withscopetoquicklytakeonmoreresponsibilityasyougrowinconfidence.

Responsibilities

  • Managingacaseloadoflitigationmatters,withsupportfromseniorsolicitors.
  • Advisingclientsinwriting,byemail,andinmeetings.
  • Assistingwithdraftingdocumentsandcorrespondence.
  • Conductinglegalresearchanddevelopingcreative,client-focusedsolutions.
  • Ensuringcompliancewithfirm-wideandregulatoryrequirements(includingAML,billing,andtimerecording).
  • Supportingteammembersandcontributingtocollaborativeworkingpractices.
  • Takingpartinbusinessdevelopmentandnetworkingopportunitiestobuildclientrelationships.
  • Keepinguptodatewithlegaldevelopmentsandbestpractice.

Qualifications

  • Ideallyeducatedtodegreelevel,thoughrelevantexperiencewillalsobeconsidered.
