An exciting opening has arisen for a Paralegal to join our highly regarded Family team. This role offers valuable hands-on experience across a broad range of family law matters, with a particular emphasis on financial remedy work. You’ll collaborate closely with experienced colleagues, gaining exposure to client work, drafting, dispute resolution and more—all within a supportive and welcoming environment.
What the role offers:
- A varied and engaging workload across family matters, especially financial remedy cases
- Experience drafting key legal documents and supporting case preparation
- Exposure to dispute resolution methods including mediation and collaborative law
- Close working relationships with experienced fee earners

Key responsibilities:
- Assisting on family law cases within a collaborative team
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Supporting financial remedy and general family work
- Typing and processing BigHand dictations
- Conducting legal research and ensuring compliance with AML, billing and time recording
- Building strong internal relationships and contributing to team development
- Participating in business development activity
- Keeping up to date with legal developments
