As a People Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a high-quality people service that enables our managers and colleagues to thrive. You’ll partner closely with the business to provide expert guidance, support employee relations, and drive consistent, positive colleague experiences. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing operational excellence with meaningful people interaction.
You’ll have a broad and impactful remit, including:
- Advising managers on people policies, best practice, and employee relations matters
- Managing a range of low-risk ER cases (absence, probation, performance, flexible working)
- Supporting payroll processes in collaboration with Finance
- Supporting salary review processes with data-driven insights
- Owning and optimising our HR systems (HRIS) and people data
- Producing insightful people metrics and dashboards (turnover, retention, absence)
- Administering employee benefits and responding to queries
- Contributing to People projects and change initiatives
- Supporting onboarding and employee exit processes
