  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and governance records.
  • Coordinating project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder updates.
  • Supporting communication between project teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
  • Assisting with portfolio reporting and project governance processes.
  • Working closely with technical and operational teams to help coordinate project activities and remove delivery obstacles.
  • Supporting testing, user readiness activities, and change communications.
  • Assisting with the transition of projects into business-as-usual operations.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and project management best practice.

What We're Looking For:

  • Some experience supporting or coordinating projects within a business environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
  • Ability to produce clear and accurate documentation and reports.
  • An understanding of project governance, risk management, and project controls.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to work.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Confidence building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A collaborative and supportive team-focused mindset.
  • Experience within a professional services environment would be advantageous.
  • Working towards, or interested in pursuing, a project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, or Agile PM would be beneficial.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Generous holiday allowance plus bank holidays.
  • Pension scheme and life assurance.
  • Access to flexible benefits.
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Exposure to a wide range of business and technology projects.
  • A supportive and collaborative working environment with clear opportunities for career progression.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build your project management career within a forward-thinking professional services firm.
