Anticipating and responding to people challenges with insight and care Creating positive, consistent colleague experiences that support performance and growth Deliver a seamless People Operations service to colleagues As a People Advisor , you’ll play a vital role in delivering a high-quality people service that enables our managers and colleagues to thrive. You’ll partner closely with the business to provide expert guidance, support employee relations, and drive consistent, positive colleague experiences. Advising managers on people policies, best practice, and employee relations matters ✅ Managing a range of low-risk ER cases (absence, probation, performance, flexible working) ✅ Supporting payroll processes in collaboration with Finance ✅ Supporting salary review processes with data-driven insights ✅ Owning and optimising our HR systems (HRIS) and people data ✅ Contributing to People projects and change initiatives ✅ Experienced in HR / People Advisory roles Experienced in collating employee data for payroll Data-savvy, able to spot trends and proactively identify risks Build strong relationships with managers and colleagues, treating people as responsible adults and fostering open, honest dialogue. Go beyond process by considering risk, context, impact and outcomes, using judgement to tailor solutions to the situation. Encourage early conversations, raise risks proactively and support managers to address issues before they escalate.
