Due to continued growth, we are looking for a talented solicitor to join our award-winning Health & Social Care team, with a particular focus on healthcare regulatory and transactional work.

The Role
You will work on a varied and high-quality caseload, advising clients across the full lifecycle of their businesses, including:
- Regulatory due diligence on acquisitions, disposals and investments
- Healthcare and social care mergers and acquisitions
- CQC, Ofsted and CIW regulatory compliance
- Registration issues, enforcement action and inspection challenges
- Serious incident management and safeguarding matters
- Inquests and regulatory or criminal investigations
- Governance, risk management and quality assurance frameworks
- Strategic advice to providers, boards and investors
- Development of innovative legal and compliance solutions for sector clients
You will work closely alongside specialist lawyers across corporate, employment, real estate and litigation disciplines to deliver seamless advice to our clients.
About You
We are interested in candidates who:
- Are qualified solicitors with experience in healthcare, regulatory, corporate or commercial work
- Have strong technical skills and commercial awareness
- Enjoy building relationships and becoming a trusted adviser to clients
- Are interested in the health and social care sector and the challenges faced by providers and investors
- Have a proactive approach and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team
- Are keen to contribute to business development, thought leadership and the growth of the practice
Experience of health and social care regulation would be advantageous, but we would also welcome applications from lawyers with care related, transactional or regulatory backgrounds looking to specialise in this sector.
