About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Consultant with a strong track record in the UK construction / plumbing / piping / building materials sector, to lead our market entry and drive revenue growth. This is a high-autonomy role suited for experienced professionals with an existing network and entrepreneurial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow B2B customer base in the UK (distributors, wholesalers, contractors, developers)
- Leverage your existing industry network to generate leads and close deals
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Build sustainable relationships and repeat business pipeline
- Provide market insights and support UK go-to-market strategy
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales record in PVC / pipes & fittings / construction materials
- Strong UK industry network (trade distributors / contractors)
- Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a performance-driven environment
- Experience working independently or as a sales consultant preferred
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Compensation
- Monthly service fee: depending on experience and network
- Commission: 1% – 3% of invoice value (uncapped)
