  • Use engaging and effective teaching strategies that inspire curiosity, including skilled questioning, clear explanations, and purposeful use of resources.
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour through clear expectations, well‑focused teaching, and consistent application of the school’s behaviour policy.
  • Build positive and supportive relationships with parents and carers.
