- Act as the key link between production, sales, and customers, ensuring effective communication across the business.
- Build strong relationships with customers, delivering a high standard of service and responsiveness.
- Update and maintain CRM and customer database records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Support continuous improvement of customer service and administrative processes.
Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, order processing, or administration role. Experience using Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, and CRM/database systems. Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to take ownership and support a variety of tasks.
