Lesola International is an import and distribution business focused on bringing high-quality, design-led furniture brands to the UK market. Our current portfolio includes Kaissu, an Estonian brand known for minimalist and sustainable craftsmanship, and we’re growing fast. We’re now looking for a commercially savvy, well-connected Business Development Manager (B2B) to lead our sales efforts with retailers, interior designers, wholesalers and trade clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of retail and trade clients (national retailers, independent retailers, furniture showrooms, interior designers, distributors & wholesalers).
  • Identify new opportunities to grow Lesola’s footprint in the UK interiors market.
  • Lead product pitches and onboarding processes for new stockists.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and margin structures that work for both Lesola and our partners.
  • Act as the voice of the customer — feed insights back to help refine product selection, pricing and marketing.
  • Represent Lesola at key trade shows and industry events.
  • Maintain up-to-date records using CRM tools (HubSpot or similar).

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…

  • Have 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the furniture, interiors, lighting, or homeware industries.
  • Already have a network of retail or trade buyers.
  • Are confident selling design-led or European-imported brands.
  • Are comfortable working independently and remotely, but want to be part of building something long-term.
  • Have solid negotiation skills and understand sales margin dynamics.
  • Bonus: Experience with CRM systems and/or Shopify.

What We Offer

  • £30,000 - £50,000 + uncapped commission.
  • Flexible working (remote, part-time, or contract options available).
  • Direct influence on growth strategy and sales decisions.
  • A chance to represent an exclusive brand portfolio and help shape the UK presence from the ground up.
