Lesola International is an import and distribution business focused on bringing high-quality, design-led furniture brands to the UK market. Our current portfolio includes Kaissu, an Estonian brand known for minimalist and sustainable craftsmanship, and we’re growing fast. We’re now looking for a commercially savvy, well-connected Business Development Manager (B2B) to lead our sales efforts with retailers, interior designers, wholesalers and trade clients across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of retail and trade clients (national retailers, independent retailers, furniture showrooms, interior designers, distributors & wholesalers).
- Identify new opportunities to grow Lesola’s footprint in the UK interiors market.
- Lead product pitches and onboarding processes for new stockists.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and margin structures that work for both Lesola and our partners.
- Act as the voice of the customer — feed insights back to help refine product selection, pricing and marketing.
- Represent Lesola at key trade shows and industry events.
- Maintain up-to-date records using CRM tools (HubSpot or similar).
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…
- Have 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the furniture, interiors, lighting, or homeware industries.
- Already have a network of retail or trade buyers.
- Are confident selling design-led or European-imported brands.
- Are comfortable working independently and remotely, but want to be part of building something long-term.
- Have solid negotiation skills and understand sales margin dynamics.
- Bonus: Experience with CRM systems and/or Shopify.
What We Offer
