We are looking for a proactive and experienced Campaign Manager to join our busy and ambitious team in Manchester. You will support the delivery of client marketing activity across paid and owned channels helping to shape strategy, launch campaigns, optimise performance and report on results. You will work across a range of B2B clients in a fast-paced agency environment, collaborating closely with account teams, creatives and strategists. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent digital skills and hands-on experience running campaigns across marketing automation systems, LinkedIn, Meta and Google Ads platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, manage and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve client objectives (lead generation, brand awareness, engagement and conversions).
  • Proficient in CRM platforms, building automation workflows, segment audiences, manage CRM lists, and monitor campaign performance.
  • Execute paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) including targeting, bidding, creative testing and optimisation.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display and Performance Max), tracking performance and recommending improvements.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Support wider account teams with campaign strategy and proposals to drive growth and performance.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders to align on objectives, timelines and results.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years' experience working in digital marketing, media or agency environments.
  • Demonstrable experience with a range of marketing automation tools (campaigns, workflows, CRM).
  • Proven experience running campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimisation.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
